Great service, reasonable prices, no complaints.

Do Not Move Here! The apartment itself are nice, but the service HORRIBLE. The property managers and staff treat you like they are above you. They will argue with you and threaten you. Corporate wont do anything, if they even answer the phone. You will not receive your deposit back, they will find a way to charge you. They gave me problems from the moment I moved in to the time that I moved out. If you have a pet, Do Not Move Here! They will definitely charge you and take your deposit, just because you have a pet. I have a video of my carpet, which was clean. They still charged me and had lied about having to pull my carpet up. Nothing was wrong with the carpet. They based it off of the floor board. Which would have wear, because the apartment were build close to ten years ago. Looking at the other reviews, I notice that Im not the only person that feels this way.Please do your research before moving into these apartments!

We paid a monthly pet fee every and got the carpets professionally cleaned before leaving. They're charging us $900 just because we had a dog. Not because of damage not because the carpet was not clean oh, it is an additional hidden pet fee!

I would not recommend living at these apartments. I tried to contact management several times today to report unauthorize entry into my apartment. This has been going on for awhile. Since I have been here, I have had to have my storage unit locks outside replace. Do not move here. They do not respect your belongings. It is a nightmare living here. Plus you have only one choice for cable and internet. Which is A T & T. Also Woodgate is their sister hotel. You probably want to stay away from there. I pray in the name of Jesus that you avoid making this place your home. It will be a big mistake.

Went to visit the property and view apartments. When I walked into the leasing office there were two leasing agents sitting at their desk. Neither of them looked up to greet me. Why work in a service industry if your daily goal isnt to provide exceptional service?

Very minimal activities, poor communication with management, apartment was overpriced, garbage was consistently overflowing, management did not notify residents when a package was received.

My wife and I used Belden Reserve as a temporary apartment while house hunting - any place with a 6 month lease is a lifesaver. Allura at the front desk was incredibly helpful in getting everything setup, as we were moving to the Nashville area from a few states away. The size of the apartment was great. The amenities were useful, and the staff was always pleasant. We would have stayed in Belden Reserve if the commute from Murfreesboro to the city wasn't too much for me. The apartment itself is a 30 second drive from a Publix, 5 minutes to target, and good restaurants in any direction. I would highly recommend living here!

No complaints. Lived here for 1 year and had attentive staff and maintenance, quiet surroundings, and ample parking.

Maintenance and management are very nice. Property is maintained well.

We have been residing at Belden, going on 8 years now. There are many reasons we continue to stay including their spacious units, overall value, great amenities, and mostly property and leasing staffs’ commitment to their residents and dedication of ensuring that Belden is, and remains a great place to call home.

Great customer service with leasing agent Brooke Parker! Definitely will recommend anyone looking for a home to contact her!

False Advertisement! I called corporate but no one has reached out to me. I also went to the office, but the manager said that she was to busy to talk/help me. I haven’t even stayed in my apartment for three days. I just moved in Saturday (two days ago). I had two black bugs in my apartment and spiders. They promise a “garden bath tub”, but I have a regular tub. I also was suppose to have two storage closets but I have one. I can’t even take a bath because my drain is broken. I have a leak under my kitchen sink. The base of my door knob is hanging off. They want you to raise you renters insurance to $300,000. Make sure you read your lease! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOU BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE, AFTER THAT THEY FEED YOU TO THE DOGS.

Please staff is nice before signing the lease, after signing the lease, staff rude and unprofessional. I have tried to contact the property manager multiple times with no luck.
