I've had nothing but good experiences here at Arbor Brook. The apartment is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the sense of community is so welcoming. I'm very happy to be here.

We moved into Arbor Brook a few months ago and absolutely love it here. It is quiet the neighbors are respectful and friendly and there are great amenities. I was fully ready to scrub everything in the apartment when moving in (due to other apartment experiences I've had elsewhere) to make sure it was really clean but I couldn't find a single thing that hadn't been cleaned. It was spotless. The staff has been friendly and helpful and the layouts are great! I love all the extra amenities they have here we plan on staying for a few years to save for a house!

I feel I have been discriminated against here due to treatment of management. I do not feel I need to pay any penalties to move when you have said my dog cannot live here. Maybe you need to penalize the woman who has the huge German Shepherd running free.
