3343 Memorial

My husband and I moved to 3343 when we first got married in 2015. We lived here for 1.5 years then moved out and in with relatives to save money for grad school. When we decided to get an apartment again we had no hesitation or doubt that we were for sure going back to 3343 Memorial. We came back and signed another 1.5 years. We love the staff, gym, office area with pool table and fireplace, and the nice features of our apt such as the flooring and the appliances! So glad we found this place!

We have loved making 3343 Memorial our home over the past year! They keep everything so clean and tidy. The units are beautiful and spacious. All of the staff members here are so nice and accommodating. We love the pool, work-out room, and all of the events they host throughout the year. This is the place for you whether you are a young college student, young professional or ready to retire.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would! Months prior, my husband and I contacted the leasing office regarding hearing noises in our air vent. The office staff and maintenance team disregarded our concerns and did not assess the situation in our home. Now, my husband and I are finding many mice feces all over our home. The droppings are seen daily on our couch, dining table, kitchen counter, and all over our floors. We have asked the office team and maintenance to take further actions; however, they continue to repeat the same steps without different plans (pest control, placing mouse traps, deterrents, and entering the crawl spaces). We have given them plenty of time to resolve this issue but they are constantly telling us that they do not see any evidence of mice being in the home.Nothing further is being done to resolve this issue. They haven't offered a unit transfer or any decent human respect of letting us out of our lease. Not to mention, their regional manager refuses to return any and all of my phone calls and getting in touch with anyone above him is next to impossible.

We love living here. Quiet living and close to everything. The trash pick up is so convenient. Our only downfall is congested parking. We wish they had additional elevators... would solve the parking issue. Overall... amazing!

I love 3343 Memorial!

The office and maintenance staff are kind and attentive!!! The grounds are always well maintained and immaculate!!! Loved the non-smoking environment! I've lived in Houston and Memphis and this was by far my favorite apartment experience! I bought a house or would have never moved.
