The grounds and pool area are very poorly maintained. Half the grass is dead or weed ridden, dead bushes and trees are not removed and replaced, mulch was very poorly done this year. Things broken, take days to fix. Overall since new management company, quality of tenants is much lower, and seems less high end, yet prices keep going up. Gas grills have holes in the bottom and dials falling off, never updated since I lived here 3 years,

It is better than the average apartment complex. Apartments and amenities are nice and well kept. Leasing office staff is great as well. My only complaints are the trash service is awful and is a bigger hassle than a convenience plus your paying about thirty bucks a month for it. They have crazy rules about times of pick up and your trash can plus they do not pick up on Friday or Saturday so you just have to keep all the trash in your apartment because the garbage disposal will be running over easily by Friday evening. Next, there is no assigned parking and if you get back past about seven you can count on having to park at least 100 yards away from your apartment. I believe this issue arises because some apartments will have four vehicles or more and some haven't moved in months. Next, they installed giant speed bumps because a few people were speeding but that doesnt fix the problem because those people that were speeding don't care and now just hit the bumps at full speed while all the normal drivers (99%) have to drive over four speed bumps and scrape the bottom of your car everytime you come and go. Overall, its a good community though in a nice area. I would change a few things but I am happy where I am.
