Looks great from the outside but the work is poor quality and the staff, aside from the one maintenance guy, are good for nothing beyond lying to your face. Really wanted to like living here but the frustration simply isn't worth it.
This apartments are HORRIBLE. The new Management company cares nothing about the current residents or fixing maintenance issues. They are only concerned with "renovating" the apartments of people they kicked out and spending their money on flower beds and fences.
Great location, quite
The worse place ever. Don't waste your time or money.
Butterfiled Village property exterior looks very welcoming. However the interior of the apartments are very disappointing. Several updates to the apartment need to be completed. Also request have to be made several times before your maintenance concerns are addressed and sometimes you have to get corporate involve before issues are fixed.I recommend hiring more workers to complete maintenance issues for all of the aging aprtment homes.
