We live in the Parks at Forest Hill Apartment in Memphis TN and we love it here, the apartments are nice and big, beautiful wooden floors , nice lighting and my biggest concern CLEAN. If you are looking for a new home The Parks at Forest Hill in Memphis are worth looking at, the golf course is beautiful, maintenance are trust worthy, and the ladies in the office are kind and patient and know the property well. If you do decide to check the apartments out I recommend Lakeisha Andrews, she is a pure joy and can make your day full of happiness and you will feel welcome.. I give The Parks at Forest Hill and Lakeisha Andrews 5 STARS
I was a former resident now I'm back. Lakeisha was very helpful and she was there when I used to be there. She still is smiling and always had that outstanding personality. Although I knew the floor plans she still assisted me by showing me the apartments and what the community has to offer. I'm glad she is still there. What a pleasure to work with.
The apartments are very nice, and the place was well kept. I also must say that when I went into the leasing office, I was very impressed on how well they organized things needed for each resident and the way they went about work order. The only down side that the website doesn't tell you and you learn at the time of viewing is that there is a fee around 35$ each month for security monitoring, though it does include cable as well, and that though their website does say it has high speed internet, you are not able to actually acquire it without paying extra each month for it to be in service. It isn't much extra added, but it was enough for me to through me off a bit from what I was expecting to pay, vs what I would end up paying in the end. Other than that the office employees and leasing official that worked with me were all very kind and professional, and the Units looked very nice and clean and the outside was very well maintained building and plant wise.
The actual apartments are nice. The streets are a bit cracked but the complex isn't bad. I'm definitely not staying here once my lease is up. I wouldn't recommend this property to my friends due to the staff. There are a few staff members who are competent but for the most part they dont seem to care. The rude ones ruin it for everyone. You can ONLY get their internet service and it's not that great. I had AT&T for awhile and I loved it but they cut that out real quick. I had to switch to their "contracted" internet and it lacks in comparison. You wont ever know once maintenance has come by because they don't leave notes like most apartments. Maintenance takes forever to come and fix things as well.
