Love the apartments
The process of moving was fine staff was nice but the maintenance is terrible. I put in a request for my microwave handle and my oven its broken. nothing has been done when I first moved last year march my lease is almost up! on top the waterbeds/ roaches came out of no where mid November. They came and sprayed but it has done no justice. if somebody apartment is filthy and roach infested it makes the rest too no matter how clean you are.
When I moved here in 2016 I loved loved loved it but now that a new company has taken over and brought in new people in the leasing office I absolutely hate it. First you have to get their selected choice for cable as well as internet which both sucks. On top of that you have to pay a 35 dollar monthly fee for security as well as a technology fee even if you dont use internet services. Maintenance hardly ever comes to fix anything and if they do it takes months and thats only if youre on them. My ice maker is still not fixed and I requested this in December 18! The office managers are rude and never on the same page meaning you have one telling you yes its ok to do one thing one way but another telling you no you cant do this. Theyre so nonchalant and could less about any of your concerns. My balcony has dry rotted. They find any reasons to up charges on your rent so it can go towards decorating that ugly azz leasing office.Do not move here unless its your last resort but try to avoid it by all means.
I moved here in 2016, and up until now, they were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and maintenance was fast with service requests. Ive been given the run around multiple times for maintenance issues this year. It took five weeks to resolve my requests for last month. I called numerous times with no success, resulting in me emailing the property and service managers. I've never had to wait that long for a service while I've been living here. Nor have I dealt with the lack of concern from the office staff. Also, with my latest request, I had to reach out to the service manager again via email to try and get an update. The service manager was rude and unconcerned. He replied to my email saying that my request was unimportant at the moment and that they have other things that comes before mine, but that he would send somebody anyway. I completely understand there are other residents who require service. However, it shouldn't matter what my issue is, if Im paying on time every month, its the propertys responsibility to resolve my issues. I was so appalled at his response, which leads me to writing this review. Ill definitely be moving next year, and I hate to have to feel that way. It costs nothing to be nice and courteous to others, and to simply do your job. Besides poor customer service and maintenance, the area is quiet, as the walls dont seem too thin, and the golf course provides a pretty scenery. The gym and pool is nice also. The apartments are outdated inside, but they are remodeling some of them. The gate operates occasionally. The security patrols every now and then, but there isnt a consistent patrolman. The crime is low from what I can tell; I havent personally had any issues with crime. If you dont care much about customer service or the small things, this complex could work for you. But if you are easily bothered by lack of communication and staff/maintenance that don't seem to care about your issues, then I wouldn't suggest moving here.
