Incompetence and blatant disregard to be professional is why I chose to go live elsewhere. I'm glad I didnt lease there. Management need to re-evaluate the staff in the office.

I have lived at Legends for several years and I absolutely love it! A few years ago, Legends had the worst management team ever! The current team is awesome! The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful. Carisa, the manager, really understands a renter's life. I truly like living at Legends. After all of these years though, I am worried I will be priced right out of my apartment I hope not.

The place is a nice gated apartment community. It's a safe area. Management is nice. With that being said.. maintainence was never done in a timely manner, if at all even. Lived there over a year and maintainence never did fix a loose faucet in bathroom sink. The worst drawback is the walls are paper thin. I could hear any music my upstairs neighbors played crystal clear, whether I wanted to hear it or not. I could hear every argument they ever got into also. I'm not sure what they were doing up there, but it always sounded like a WWE match was going on up there. I could hear what sounded like stomping every day. I think they were just walking across the floors either that or they were really stomping across the floors! The apartments look nice but you have been warned the walls are paper thin!! If noise don't bother you then you might be okay with these apartments.
