    This place is the worst! They dont care about the residents. They will harass you over rent but never fix anything. Nakia is the manager and shes the worst. The rent is high, your Mlgw bill will be through the roof. Dont move here!

    Expensive, old and broken down, staff are very rude, utility bills are higher then most houses, unsafe, pool is always being used by high school students that don't rent, Joann is the only good thing about the apartment complex.

    I lived here in late 2015 to early 2017. This is absolutely the worst place Ive ever rented in multiple states. The apartment is old and not well maintained to start with, leaving so many things needing to be fixed after I moved in. One time I had AC down for a few days and were talking about summer in Memphis here. The property just doesnt have the ability to fix things timely and properly. Some staff are extremely unprofessional and sometimes rude, esp. Christy, who ignores emails and voice messages, and would rather chitchat with others than helping when I visit the office. Theres some serious concern about the cleanness of this property and the neighborhood. I moved out after I found a rat in my apartment.

    Yet those are not the worst. After I moved out and paid the expensive lease-ending fee, the property sent me a bill for some cleaning fee for the apartment when those stains already existed when I moved in! Lesson on me to have better documentation on check-in list, or better yet, not have checked in this place to start with. I sent multiple emails and made several calls trying to resolve the issue and didnt hear back- all those emails are still in my sent box. Until recently I found out that the property had sent the bill to collection, without any effort to resolve the issue with me first! I guess thats how they treat residents or formal residents. Why should I even be surprised at this point?
