HORRIBLE! I MOVED IN MARCH 2018 AND CAN NOT EVEN FINISH MY LEASE. I HAVE REPORTED MY DRAWERS IN MY KITCHEN AND MY BATHROOM 3 TIMES TO BE FIXED. THE OUTSIDE IS ALWAYS TRASHED. I HAD NEIGHBORS DESCRIBE WHAT I HAD IN MY APARTMENT AND WAS ADVISED TO KEEP MY BLINDS CLOSED. THIS WAS MY FIRST APARTMENT AND THEY HAVE RUINED MY EXPERIENCED. THE OFFICE DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. JUST FAST LOOKING FEMALES THAT WORK THEIR 9-5. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

We try to fulfill all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, regardless of high volume, and we're sorry this was not your experience. Please bring these concerns to us in-person at the leasing office to reach a resolution - we want you to be as comfortable as possible here in our community, and we apologize again for falling short of your expectations.

Well I tryed calling twice first time I was hung up on the second time she. I guess it was the manager but not sure because all she said was she did not have anything available I'm coming from Ohio will NOT be moving there

Oh no! We're shocked to receive this review, as it doesn't match the standards that we strive toward. Apartments have really went down. Management is rude and sense of knowledge is not there.

I would not recommend moving in this complex. They have standing water when it rains, infected with moles, no grass inside where pools used to be. Maintenance services are poor in response to problems, no security, gates always broken. Ive had closet door down for 3 months and it still down. There is a rodent scrapping at my baseboards in the kitchen, unruly teenagers with nothing to do and the rentals to high for what youre receiving. I will be moving out soon. I wouldnt recommend James Bridge for a dog kennel
