I am amazed that this apartment building has an A for rating when all the Google review clearly state that the property has the worse management staff to ever. I just moved in a few on the 31st of October 2018( 2days ago) and I feel like I made the worse decision ever. I hate the place already and the level of entitlement the managers has is very terrible. Its a very nice looking apartment but I wonder if the owners are aware of this. It doesn't make any sense to be paying all that money and getting treated like crap. They all need to be replaced and hire people that actually understand that the people are their product and they are not doing anyone any favors.
HORRIBLE! The new manager is rude and unprofessional. She stays in her office and never comes out. No sense of community. Everyone on staff there seems like they hate being there. We pay all of this money and now the place is ran by a slum lord. The parking lot is always trashed. Trash overflowing everywhere. Everyone is moving out...I was one of the first residents and this place use to be nice but for the past few months, I dread having to deal with them. Paying the fee and getting out of here!
Communication with the office is terrible. They repeatedly messed up our rent charges. Moving out is filled with hidden fees including a $150 cleaning fee that they described as standard.
Overpriced for a place with no lights or fan in the bedroom or living room. You may also get put in a room about a quarter mile from the sketchy elevator. Common areas are rarely cleaned.
Absolutely hated this place. Total disaster. They claim luxury apartment living but its honestly like a crappy dorm.
Staff is AMAZING! I love the pool and they have the largest gym ever. Love this place!
