I am a former resident. Upon moving in, the 1st day, my air was out!! It was the end of May. My neighbor came to introduce himself and felt the heat when I opened the door. I was unable to get anyone on the emergency line. My neighbor advised he knew the manager's cell so he called her and began relaying messages. However, he was instructed not to give her number to me. When she called, she called PRIVATE. Then she advised me she was unable to send anyone to repair the unit since it was the holiday. However, it was over 95 degrees in the unit with 5 fans! My boyfriend, who does HVAC for a living advised me this was considered an emergency. When I communicated this to management, she offered me a $50 credit off my rent. I took pictures of the unit. It was wrapped with duct tape...the ENTIRE unit. During my year there, I encountered more air conditioning issues and my heat went out in mid February!! I called so many times on the emergency line. When I went to the office the next day, the girl advised she had tried calling me back. She actually had but because she blocked her number, my phone blocked her. She was calling from the company phone that I dialed so I don't understand! The townhouse was outdated but had adequate room. The office staff and maintenance staff were clearly a joke!!!

I used to live in this place they promised me so many things but there was constant problems with the apartment
That they were getting mad at me complaining. About
Water leaks bugs you name it I dont recommend living in this place

No resident never been but I am trying to move over there because I love the cleanliness and also the manger that I have met over there before is very respectful and sweet she took me a tour around the apartment I love it cant wait to be a resident there me and my son

This places is wayyyy better than it used to be. New management has taken over and they actually try to make the place decent. Problems usually get fixed fast and the grounds stay clean. Hope they continue their good work!
