Delga has been telling me since May21 that she would come to my home . to see if my carpet is approved for replacement. I have been in the office numerous of times trying to show her pictures, because she would never come by. The carpet damaged is only normal wear and tear from a family of five, on light tan carpet that hasnt been replaced since 2018. she insist that she has to look at it in person because her boss will not approval it unless, she has laid eyes on it. I was told as long as it was damaged and I was on a 12 month lease she could get it replaced. Now Today is August 2nd and she still hasnt been to my home. I just resign my lease because I was ensured that the carpet could be replaced. I have numerous things in my home that needs too be repaired. My downstairs window leak water inside when it rains, the wood is damaged and molding. the ceiling is cracked and piece falling down from old plumbing leaks. On June 20 we woke up to a downstairs flood I was told that the upstairs sink was causing it. The water to that sink was turn off by maintenance and the leak continued! I was told I would receive a new sink the following week. Today is August 2nd still no new sink. Today I went into the off to ask Delga again when was she coming to look at my carpet. She replied its only me in here and I havent had a lunch break. the rest of your stuff will be fixed this week but my boss is not going to approve the carpet. Mind you she never came by to see the carpet. Then she ask well do you have pictures, I replied yes After looking at the pictures she says they wont approval that (very rudely) cause it hasnt been five years and thats not normal wear and tear. Im in disbelief she never said anything about it havent to be five years! She refused to give me her boss or corporate contact information. It like since I already live here my family needs dont matter. Rent is 1050.00 here and she told me I would have to pay for the carpet out of pocket.
Spoke to Shannon today about renting a one bedroom apartment, she was very pleasant and helpful said she would email me the app to get started. Great potential.
The Lady that is at the front desk has a very nasty attitude and is very unprofessional!!! I will not reccomend! Customer Service Skills NO management at all ....
My apartment was great. Everyone made me feel at home. Hated to leave.
