Hickory Farm

This is my first time away from home, but Hickory Farms has made it really easy getting me a short term lease for the length of my summer internship! I was scared at first, but note that the police department is right across the street. It really made me feel secure. When I moved in, the apartment had obviously been cleaned and it looked nice. Management has been really good at communicating with the tenants - emailing out updates, advising about scheduled maintenance and even printing out and putting these updates in the doors! Their communication and response time is great! I also enjoy their little activities like celebrating National Donuts Day and they also just sent invitations to join them in the leasing office for Thirsty Thursday for popsicles and drinks. This is obviously a family apartment area and I think it is nice to see them catering to the kids too. Parking is always easy with ample amount of spots and getting in and out of the apartment is easy - there is usually little traffic on the street. The only reason I took a star down is because they are renovating the pool and the pool area and it's been out of service while I've been here. Luckily, it's not noisy and they're keeping the eye sore to a minimum :)

The Property Manager Tamia Was Very Thorough With Explaining Property Renting Options Curteously And Not Rude At All ...I'm Loooking To Transfer And Relocate Soon.. So Hopefully I Will Get To Talk With Her Again!! And Hopefully Moving TO Memphis Soon As Possible!!

I think it has a great community I ride by there everyday and I would love to stay over there

The apartment that I viewed was very neat and clean. The lady that showed me the apartment via zoom was extremely helpful and professional.

A place where you want to be thats safe and management makes sure your request are handled in a timely manner. No strange people or groups hanging arose. Apartments

Out dated appliances but staff is extremely nice. Maintenance is timely. Safe place to live.

Move in was exceptional. Never experience an apt. move in process being that fast. Staff did everything they did to assist with my transition from out of state. The maintenance staff are very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast. Ken, I appreciate you for getting my repairs done while acknowledging other needed repairs in the process. Thanks for getting it done the same day. That's what I call going above and beyond! Excellent service!
