    So the lady up front sweet talked me into thinking these were some GREAT apartment. I moved in the apartment around October. It was not as hot then so my air seemed to work pretty decently. So when November/December came, my heat was not working. I had a child in the apartment. I put in a request, they came out, they stated nothing was wrong. I did this twice with no success. So I decided to go talk to the manager, who was a big joke. I asked to speak to the company manager. He stated he would take care of my issue and I told him a need some compensation for the fact that my heat is not working and I had a 10 month baby in the house. He,of course, said no. I asked for his Manager number, he told me that would contact them and have them contact me. I knew he wasn't going to call them so I gave up. I left and moved to another apartment shortly afterwards. Don't waste your money or time. This is one of the last choice apartment. Not to mention the big potholes that would swallow your car alive. The lake was filthy. I paid extra money to get an apartment with a lake view only to look at a nasty, filthy lake. People wheels we're get taken off there car. I countes 7 cars one morning with missing rims and tires. It's not a good place at all. Please avoid these. And if you do decide to get these you want the apartments in the front. They took car of those a lot better.

    My understanding was they don't never fix nothing over I would never move back over there my ceiling
    is damage in I had a water leak

    We understand how it feels when it is your service request that is not fixed right away. We do, however, want you to know that we address each and every request. Emergencies are handled first, and non-emergencies are addressed in order of receipt. Requests requiring outside contractors may take longer because of scheduling issues. Thank you for your comments and concern.

    It would be helpful if they can improve their staff when it comes to maintenance issues and more on top of things

    My townhouse was broken into the night after I signed my lease (which I was approved for in SEPTEMBER but it wasnt ready until NOVEMBER) nothing was there thankfully but they did steal the blinds. maintenace is awful they took weeks to replace my window which they had borded up during winter days, after finally replacing it they promised to replace the broken blinds which took another several weeks! Had a leak in our roof from water which resulted in it caving in oh and we didnt officially move in until two weeks after we signed the lease because we had no hot water! Trash always overflows and the water is dirty. Very nice townhouse but terrible maintenance as well as outside surroundings

    I honestly thought this was a good place to live but when I moved in my carpet was smelling sour I had to treat it cause maintenance wasn't trying to give me brand new carpet. My stove had only 2 irons working my oven door fell all the way to the floor, you can literally hurt yourself. I had to complain constantly about my refrigerator not working it wasn't getting cold my food was spoiling might I remind you I had just moved in when all of these problems was occurring wasn't there a full week and I had maintenance problems it took them almost a month to replace my refrigerator and they had attitudes doing it. It's like they did NOT CARE at all smh. My air/heat wasn't working. It was terrible and now my hot water isn't working I can't very a hold of any one in office please don't waste your money I cannot wait until my lease is up im gone.
