I am Living her past Few Months and I Like way Things Have Been.
I enjoy staying in Centennial Gardens. My maintenance request are always met in a timely manner. Kasey who works in the office is great, she is very friendly and professional. She will make sure that you are satisfied and happy every time.
I lived in Phase 1 of Centennial Gardens for 1 year and 4 months. I enjoyed living at Centennial Gardens and never had a problem with the leasing office until after I moved out. Despite paying a $350 non-refundable pet fee (I have a dog) which covers any cleaning fees after moving out, Centennial Gardens charged me $235 in pet damages (carpet stains) after I moved out. Centennial Gardens did not use $235 of the $350 non-refundable pet fee to clean the carpet. I had to pay $235 in addition to the $350 pet fee for a grand total of $585 (equivalent of two-thirds of one months rent) for two carpet stains. I made the leasing office aware of this, but they did not care. Because of this, I will NEVER recommend Centennial Gardens to anyone.
I never heard back from them
