I really like the apartments especially the balconies.
I moved to Blair Towers in 2014 and it was a decent place to live but the parking was horrible and the maintenance was so-so depending on what maintenance man that you got. Okay, lets jump to the good part 2018. The nightmare started when the building owner sold the complex to some guy in New York and let Lennox companies manage them in Feb 2016. They started renovation Feb 2016 on the 8th floor of the complex they lied and told everybody that they had to move so that they can renovate their unit but you had to sign a new contract to go back to your new apt. Everybody should know a lease is a binding contract under law. Side note ( Depending on what unit that you moved in you were very blessed to get a unit that didn't have a bad roach problem) After two set of contractor's they finished the 8th floor April 2017. But in between renovating the complex has fired 3 apartment managers Heather from Feb 2014 to 2016, Amanda March 2016-April 2017, Monica May 2017 to Feb 2018 and we now have a new lady named Danielle Feb 2018. Let's go back to March 2016 under Amanda watch the maintenance went from so-so to bad it was a 2 week wait time at the most to get something fixed. But she made sure that if you did not have a parking pass your car was towed ASAP and I really loved that because you never had an issue to park anywhere you wanted. Under Monica watch the complex is a nightmare wait times are from 3 months to 6 months for something to get fixed, depend on what floor you're on roaches are everywhere, parking is horrible. Under Danielle watch it's too soon to say, but I talked to all of the mangers that was fired by Lennox and they all said the same thing. Their manager who's a Jewish man named John that don't care about the complex at all. It has been 3 to 4 feet of water in the Basement parking garage since Feb that he knows about, it's about 30 to 50 broken down appliances in the basement that's been there since Feb 2016. You have tenants who heat has be
