What Renters Like and Dislike About McMinnville

Quiet yet within walking distance to general market and gas stations, within two miles of grocery stores and places to eat, theater

Very quiet and family friendly. Lovely community. I grew up her and re aised my family here..My parwn tr s live here also

It is semi rural and being at a distance between 2 major cities we don't get the crime they do. The cost of living is low here with all the services. 90 % of anything I need is within walking distance. Recreational areas like parks, mountains for hiking and camping. Water such as rivers and lakes are plentiful within a short distance.

I live in the country were everything is beautiful. Bright stars shine at night. Crickets and the frogs chirp.

We have great neighbors on both sides of us. One lap around the block is about half a mile which makes for a good walk.

I like my neighborhood because it's quiet and we all know each other. It's close to everything in town, so that makes it very convenient.
