It's horrible place!!! The prices are not as advertised. They advertised 1b/1b as $680 but actual rent they charge you is $810. Plus, security deposit of $810 and first month rent so be prepared to have $1,600 to move in plus admin fee. The apartment is very old so it's smells bed and dirty. They didn't clean well so I have to clean the apartment myself again before move in. Lots of things doesn't work. Only reason I had to stay in this apartment is because there was no other apartment were available at the time when I got to the Manchester for new job. Lastly, don't expect to receive full amount on your security deposit. They deducted $250 from my $810 deposit stating because they need to replace the stove which I hardly ever use. So, bottom line is they going to rip your off by using your deposit to replace the stove. And yet, still rip me off another $50 for no reason. Out of $810 deposit, I only received $510. Low class dumpy apartment all around.

The prices are not as advertised. They are way above advertised prices. They do not answer their phone calls. The lady in the management office is extremely rude and matter of fact. Just a waste of my time.

Horrible place for anybody they have posted a 1b/1b for 675$ only to tell me that I was stupid thinking the price was that low an that it would be 875$ not to mention even with a cosigner they requested first an last months rent as well as not one but two security deposits an that utilities are on you so expect to pay 5000$ just to move in an thats if they don't just take you for the application fee(70$) and ghosting you.

Lived here from 2017-2019, would not recommend to anyone. While the manager was nice enough, the owners are the real issue. Expect rent to increase at a moments notice for no reason. They will claim its for upgrades, but no real upgrade has been made. The basketball court is an old tennis court with poles still in place. Maintenance at the time was one guy who was usually never there, took me threatening to withhold rent to have a broken fridge and heating/air unit replaced. Owners expect damages (water leaks) to be paid by tenants when the plumbing has been dated for decades. Oh, and there is no hookup for washers/dryers, so be prepared to pay around $5 per load of laundry. Assuming that 1 out of their 5 machines is actually working and doesnt reek of mildew.
