No real problems with the time I lived there except the utility billing. The turn around time to pay was so short I finally just sent in extra money and it would just be deducted until it was low. HOWEVER, when I left there was over $140 balance in my favor that even after more than 3 months that haven't reimbursed. I've sent multiple emails and phone calls to no avail. Absolutely ridiculous at this point.

Hamilton Station is great! Ive lived here for 5 years going on 6! The staff is awesome here! Always helpful when I need them! Maintenance comes quickly whenever I put in a work order! Definitely recommend

Too hard for younger people to rent! First of all you have to be 21 to get considered. I think thats ridiculous. You cannot co sign as well.

The girls in the office are great, 24/7 maintenance is top notch and electric and water bills are low. We have been here for almost 4 years and plan to renew our lease in the spring. Its also a very short drive to I-40 and 840.

TERRIBLE!! Do not live here!! Apartments do not care about their tenants. An elder has been harassing my husband and I from day one and they didn’t do anything about it. Now my husband gets a call saying we have to get rid of one of our dogs because of this individual!!! ONE OF OUR FAMILY MEMEBERS!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE! They are rude!
