What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lakeland

Neighbors are friendly. Schools are good for children. There are several parks and outdoor sports for children.

Rural area that allows horses, we are also able to raise chickens, pigs, and goats as pets. We are able to have hayrides and bonfires.

I find it to be the most neighborly community in Apex. I also love the amount of outdoor space they've kept that just so happens to be near my house. Kids and families have an entire soccer field to play in.

Like going to restaurant and shopping from store . My kids and my wife like and chose to live here.when to travel we need to be afraid.

The neighborhood is very quiet at night. It's great for families. A lot of people walk their dogs or with their children.

Going to walks with the many greenways in the area. There are many things to do in the surrounding towns.
