I have been woken up by the staff or hired workers more often than my alarm clock. if you like to sleep in on your days off forget it. These people have either been running extremely loud heavy machinery, painting the parking lot to resemble blacktop(resulting in terrible traction for vehicles), or beating on my door, for what feels like every morning I've been home since I moved here. It's ridiculous. For a week the noise was so bad and so loud, you couldn't communicate with another person in the same room as you without sign language or digital communication. I work 3rd shift, right this second it's 38 degrees outside, and they have forced me to leave me front door open so the can paint it, 2 days before Christmas, at 8:00am. Assumably with the same paint they used on the parking lot. A note was left on my door letting me know if I didn't open it, or leave it unlocked, the staff here would unlock it and open it. Electricity isn't cheap. The washer and dryer don't work here either, if you want dry clothes you're better off hanging them to dry in your apartment then giving them even more money to buy tokens to use the terrible dryer. The people that live here are great though, very nice, and they all feel the same way about the continuous maintanence and parking lot painting.
Weve lived here for less then a year. It has been one of the worst places weve ever stayed. There is always maintenance issues and when you notify the office, it either days later when workers finally make it to your apartment or they forget to come at all. The apartments at first look nice and welcoming but once you stayed here a week or two you notice how that was all just a front for them to fix everything bare minimum before you move in just to charge you when you move out. My outlets in different parts of the apt keep going out, and they are always cutting off water due to the old plumbing lines they have. We are miserable and cant wait for a year lease to end.
