Welcome home to walker springs apartments. Been here over two years and still have a leak over my hall bathroom. Not to mention the three weeks I couldn't use my master bathroom because of the hole and leaking water from the ceiling. Now I'm informed our power will be off for 8hrs on Wednesday.. less that 48 hrs notice and the answer to preserve the 300 in groceries I just bought was leave your fridge and freezer closed so I guess my 3 kids would not eat or drink for 8hrs unless they are going to foot the bill to take them out which I highly doubt. This place has become a joke especially when you pay 965 a month which is close to a whole paycheck.

We've had a long-term relationship with Walker Springs, living here from '88 to '95, moving 900 miles & then the first & only place we checked out on the web was Walker Springs & have been here since 2014; even getting the same floor plan (Azalea). This layout is like a small starter home & we love it! Even after 20 years, conditions are very good & maint staff responds promptly. It's a quiet complex - close to the highway & all sorts of shopping, but nestled in a residential neighborhood.
