The pool area is in poor condition, the spa has chunks of concrete missing. For luxury apartments it would help to have umbrellas or at least a better atmosphere in the pool area. The fitness room equipment is not kept well, pieces missing or equipment that isn't working. Apartment smelled of pet urine when we moved in.
Limited parking; aging condition of the buildings, especially the decks; constantly overflowing dumpsters; office staff availability is limited on weekends; for a gated community it seems as if everyone has access to the gate codes and there is no limit to walk-up access
I feel we are paying far too much for the quality of the housing. In two years we have had several roof leaks addressed and haven't had anyone do mold interference. These units were hastily built.
For the price of rent there should defiantly be some upgrades as far as the amenities. The pool could use a few umbrellas and new chairs. The fitness room is sad. Would be nice if there was actually a place that you wanted to be in to workout and if the TV's were modern and equipment that works. Also since grills are not allowed would be nice to have an area with grills for the residents to use.
Suggestions I would make... It would be nice to have easier places to take dogs potty. Also, it apparently is not enforced to clean up after your animals. There are bags and cans for it yes but not everyone cleans up. Also, when it snows it would be nice it they could run a plow thru our streets. Maybe throw some salt down on the sidewalks cuz it's hard to get to your mailbox or dumpster to throw away your garbage.
