I sold my home and I am trying to find an apartment for a year until I make another final purchase.

The apartments are overpriced. Only nice aspect is granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. Limited amenities - pool was closed half the summer and the club house is being remodeled. Workmanship of the remodel has been completed in a speedy and sloppy manner. On the doors, there is block around the numbers where they were not repainted. Flooring does not go all the way to the tile around the fireplace and toilet. Current residents are paying for things to come not what we have now.

Very friendly and personable office staff, maintenance crew, and management. The staff seem invested in getting to know their residents and residents' needs and it makes a big difference.

Like anywhere, there is room for improvement, and my only suggestions would be updating laundry facilities with more efficient machines, keeping the fitness center more clean, and refilling the bags at the dog stations more frequently to promote more residents picking up after pets.
