Disappointed!! The moving in process was easy and the leasing office staff was very supportive every step of the way. However, 6 months into my rent, the management realized that the balcony of my apartment needed repairs. The first notice banned access to the balcony for a couple of months. Two months in, the maintenance team comes to my balcony and breaks pieces of wood off the wall and leaves them on the floor. Three months in, I still have no access to the balcony, and no repairs are in the works. Depsite multiple inquiries to management, there was still no progress after 4 months of waiting. Estimated time of starting the maintenance was supposed to be this week. It is Thursday and still no signs of any upcoming work. Four months without access to my balcony, and they refunded less than $30 for a couple of months (not even worth the square footage of the balcony). I missed all spring and the chance to work on my plants outdoors. I have complained to management several times. They said they are not capable of doing anything else since they have a contract with the repairs contractor, which appears to be way more important than tenants' satisfaction.

We are glad that the move in process went smoothly, but we regret that the process of your deck being repaired has not moved as swiftly as we would have hoped. We understand that it is a great time of the year to use the deck and that you enjoy gardening. As a result, we do still maintain our offer to start a garden for you or look to see if we can find more established plants for you to enjoy when your balcony is repaired. Should you chose to forego that option, we are happy to discuss this again with you to see if there is anything we can do to help improve this process. We are still hoping to get you a start date for the project tomorrow as we last discussed. We absolutely value the experience our residents, but we do need to ensure that repairs are made correctly and by trusted, vetted, vendors.

Nesha showed us around the complex and the unit. She is a delightful woman, who is so helpful and a joy to be around. The units are beautiful, clean, and will be very easy to make my own. The complex is quiet, but close to everything you might need.
