I did like it. However, when I tried to get with the manager to discuss the application because my credit is challenging. We've all had hard times. I wanted to be upfront about it. My application wasn't ran for a week. I finally called the home office in Nashville Tennessee and they said I would hear something the next day. By this point, I had decided I wasn't interested anymore. I called the apartment number and left a message stating that I wasn't interested anymore. My credit was ran twice after that (one time for Continental which is the property management company and then another time) without my permission. I have two hard inquiries on my credit report and voicemail from the manager stating she ran it twice. We can fix this by removing one of those inquiries. I called and left a message on the main number and I'm leaving a message here, I need for that second unauthorized inquiry to be removed. I will check in with the home office if I don't see it removed and file a complaint. I have been working hard to improve my credit score and for someone to just totally disregard what two hard inquiries for the same thing does is just plain mean or stupid. I can't decide which one. I did like it but I don't anymore.You know I could have insisted on both being removed but I didn't. Maybe a decent person would remove them both. All you have to do is call Experian and they will walk you through it.
Not great. Have lived there for 2 years now, and they have been advertising pool and gym coming soon the entire time I have been there. We were without laundry rooms for over 5 months, and now there are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the entire property. Water has been turned off without our notification multiple times. Had many maintenance reports ignored and have had snarky responses from management. Though the price isn't too bad, not worth it.
The apartments are nice and brand new. But I'm not fully satisfied and very disappointed I feel like I'm not getting my money worth I'm paying 745 for just me in a one bedroom and the gym and pool is not ready and may take longer... false advertising ... I gave a 4 star because Elizabeth is a great land lord she made me feel at home she always ask if there's anything I need or if anything needs to be done. NOT happy about the gym I wanted a place with a GYM!
