Sutherland Flats is Knoxville?s newest college housing community located less than 2 miles west of the UT campus on Sutherland Avenue. Each townhome has an open, two story floor plan. The main level includes stained concrete floors, Living Room/Dining Room with wall mounted flat screen TV, audio speakers and docking station, ? bath and fully equipped kitchen with pantry, granite countertops, bar, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The second level incudes 2 private, locking bedrooms, each with a full bath with tile floors and walk-in closet. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also located on the second level. The entire second floor (other than baths) has hardwood style plank flooring.

Other amenities include mail center located at the pool/office, ample will lit front door parking spaces, garbage removal, security cameras in the parking and common areas and monitored security systems in each townhouse. Cable, high speed internet and security monitoring are included in the monthly rent.
