Its OK community. I am being here for last 1.5years.
Pros: This community is in good schools zone, its near by many shopping centers in Kingston pike and office staff are quick in service.
Cons: Better you should know your charges before hand apart from your rent like water, sewage and avg electricity bill.
if you are in 1 bedroom, its fine but in town house your average electricity charges above 200 and sewage above 100. ex. In Jan my electricity(with my own led bulbs everyplace) bill is 248, water and sewage is 103.
I have had issues with wood-roaches getting in, they have done the service but still there are, now I am doing it with my own cockroach killer.

Thank you so much for your review. We welcome all input. We do have a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. January was, unfortunately an extremely cold month and there was an overall spike in the electric bills. However, I would love for you to contact me to discuss you electricity bill average to see if there could be anything running your bill up. I've made it apparent that I am extremely happy here.Chris, Anne and Christine are a delight to deal with. Thankfully the president of my company has known about this place for a long time and he recommend I come by and make it my place. . Me being an Ohio transplant I found a place I consider home finally. No brainer!
