This community is great! The leasing staff is always very helpful and friendly. Since the change of the new managers we have seen great improvement in the property. We have a gorgeous parklike view. The location couldn't be better. 10 minutes to anything your heart would desire. Definitely worth the money. Thank you Goldelm!

Bad from day 1. Apartment wasn't ready 2 weeks after we signed lease. Our no-smoking apartment had to be aired out after the maintenance lady came in to work on it and smoked like a fiend. Disgusting. Walk in closet shelf and rod pulled out of wall when starting to hang clothes. Two months with clothes stacked on closet floor and excuse after excuse about getting it fixed. Security lights went out shortly after moving in and security door broke and remains open to this day, 11 months later. 3 months ago, our combo washer/dryer broke for the second time. It was replaced within the first month we lived here. It has yet to be fixed and still has the same water in it that it did 3 months ago when it started smoking and died. They have been notified at least once a month since it gave up the ghost and their standard answer is the repair order must have gotten lost.

Lies. Incompetence. Turnover.

Do not lease from this or any property owned by Michaelson Real Estate Group and Eklund Development. This includes The Metropolitan in Knoxville, TN.

Absolutely awful, nasty apartments, no maintenance at all. 1000.00 a month for an apartment that was involved in a fire and I was not told.

If I could give negative stars then I would. Moved in a year ago and had a few repairs that were needed. They were never done. Dishwasher was suppose to be replaced...never done. AC went out in April, or was probably not working before I moved in. Still hasnt been fixed. Put a cheap window unit in that blows warm air. Did I mention the bugs, spiders, and other critters? Allergies were acting up from day one only to find out that mold was in the apartment now they promise to fix everything. No way to get in touch with corporate owners. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! You will be greatly disappointed.

a/c not working properly for 5 months and when asked maint they just smile and say "thats not fixed yet we will put in a work order " no maint . on anything and pest control takes 2 weeks to come out . my wife and I have been living here for 5 years . gutters have not been cleanes and vermin live on our balcony when asked they always say its been schelduled for next month and thats been 5 years ago appliances are low quality like what you would find in a trailer . dont rent here EVER !
