This place is terrible. There are roaches everywhere, the ceilings are falling apart, there is asbestos in the walls, the front office doesnt do anything, the water pressure is awful, and it is not a kind community. Overpriced and underwhelmed, worst decision I have ever made.

Location/Apartment Grounds: I enjoyed the location and was able to get a 2nd floor, end unit by a gorgeous tree! Nice and cozy, updated appliances & kitchen, close to everything, dumpsters are easy to access, nice sidewalks, pretty area. Maintenance: Always friendly & fast. Price/Value: We all know the market is high right now, however, I still feel these should be $200-$300 less than they are. A small 1 bedroom should not cost over $1,000 and you still have to pay KUB, water. After my 6 month lease, I needed to go month-to-month for a couple of months before I got back into my house. My amount due is around $1350 for a 1 bedroom month-to-month. The only issue is, everywhere is like this, people are desperate for housing, so they CAN charge that due to demand. But, it's not a complex quite up to that price bracket. Roaches: I've decided to not make a big deal of it, as this was a temporary living arrangement and they have been speaying for bugs. Roaches are in the kitchen & bathroom sink areas. Now that I'm moving boxes home, I have started to see the same roaches. I remodeled my home & these roaches are the exact same kind I saw in the bathroom there, and are now crawling in my remodeled bathroom at home. The apartment building is old & I think they're in the plumbing. Roaches are very hard to get rid of, so I think it's going to take a massive overall to get the roach issues under control. *It's not a horrible roach problem, meaning you don't see them all the time, but they come out at night. Staff: Always friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed it's coziness, location, the trees, and the grounds are kept nice. I don't regret staying here & would choose again for my needs/location! If they can alleviate the roach problem and give better deals on rent/reduce the cost, it would be more comparable to what you get:) I do think they are trying to keep it nice & the market is just terrible right now.

This property charges all kinds of pet fees (upfront charge as well as monthly) and then when you move out a drink spill is considered pet urine. One drink spill that you could not tell from the top, just the underneath. I was told the maintenance smells the spot to determine what it is. (gross) so a PURPLE stain was classified as urine and I was bill $300 for carpet replacement. I also was told that the $350 pet deposit as well as the monthly pet rent is just the price you pay to have the privilege of having a animal. These fees do not cover anything other then giving you the privilege of having them. Just be prepared for all kinds of move out charges.

Roaches everywhere despite the fact that you pay an exterminator fee EVERY MONTH! The apartments do not have a single light in the bedroom so you will have to purchase some lamps if you want to be able to see anything. The closet doors are horrible....they dont stay on their tracks and fall off all the time. Also the complex/staff dont take care of the shared spaces. A tree fell on the fence in the dog area and it took about 3 months before it was fixed leaving that area completely useless; but you were still left paying for it. Our bedroom flooded due to a problem with the air conditioner in the apartment above us. Our carpet was soaking wet for 3-5 days before they ever sent anyone out to take a look at it. We were informed that the padding under our carpet was ruined, due to water damage, and it would need to be replaced but they informed us that the carpet itself was completely fine. We had to move all of our furniture into the living room and sleep there until the problem was resolved. What they did next left me scratching me head in disbelief. They rolled up our WET CARPET and pulled up all the ruined padding, stuck a dehumidifier in the room, and told us to leave it until they could get someone to come out and find the exact location of the water problem. After 4 more days and 6 random holes in our bedroom wall we were assured that the problem was fix. They laid new padding and rolled back out our now MOLDED and STINKY carpet. Due to all of our troubles they compensated us by taking $100 off of our $300 non refundable pet deposit (for our 11 pound dog). I need to add that when our lease was up and we were moving out I was informed that if our carpet had any damage to it we would be charged. The office manager informed me that the carpet was in perfect condition when we moved in, and if it was not still in that same condition they would assume it was from our dog and the damages would be added to our last bill. Cant say more. My characters are up..
