The Deane Hill Leasing/Maintenance Office associates are cordial and friendly. They are usually very prompt in addressing any concerns of the tenants. I would highly recommend this real estate service to any prospective renters.
Because I would like to have the following amenities in my unit (and I feel pretty sure that they would not be that difficult or expensive to install), but Deane Hill has declined to do so: a ceiling fan in the bedroom; a spray hose in/on the sink; an ice machine in the freezer; and an oven that has the self-cleaning feature.
Management is great. They are on top of anything that could go wrong.
Beautiful landscape, both pools and furniture are always in great shape, very spacious, good location for the money. Me my husband an son reside in the two bedroom townhouse. Lots of space and very happy with the management of the property. Maintenance is always prompt.
This place is quite nice and located right behind Wedt Town Mall, so going there and anywhere on Kingston Pike is quite easy. The commute to UT is not too long as long as you beat the rush hours. The main concern I have had is that they jack up your rent each year you stay, even as the value and regular rent stays steady, to make up for the down payments + that they get from new renters.
