Even of you can afford the place, they have this completely stupid policy of having to earn 3 times the rent before they will even consider your application. No wonder there are so many homeless in this city.

I was told I'd be contacted about vacant apartment but never received any contact at all. The phone number given to me doesn't even work.

Do not rent here or from any properties owned by Monday properties. They never maintain the apartments, the maintenance crew are nothing more than painters and do very poor work if they come at all. Management enters the units with no notice to the tenants. Units are infested with rats and bugs. The exterior of the buildings are in disrepair. Not enough dumpsters for trash and they fine you if you overfill the dumpster and yes they have cameras to ID you. Neighbors are terrible, alcoholics and drug users. Went 9 months with no HVAC all through the summer. Went 7 months with a non-working bathroom. Not enough parking. The list is endless. Don't waste your time here. Manager has criminal record and we have had stuff come up missing.
