Staff is rude! Very unprofessional, not friendly and clearly not doing their job. We have called 3x from out of state trying to rent an apartment and we are told to apply yet they wont send the application. We have communicated several times through email as well to no avail. Also, rent online states $675 and available but when we called we were told not available and over $900. Want the app fee plus deposit to hold it for a Nov. move in date, but cant show us an apartment. Ridiculous

Dont waste your time renting from these people. You wont get your deposit back unless you request it over and over again and tell them you will take legal action. They denied my co worker who was going to move into a 2 bed room home because of his skin color. They were communicating with him until they fount out he was not white, and rejected his application saying he did not make enough money to live there, when he provided them hard proof that he did make enough money. And Karla is very very rude. If you move here prepare to have a struggle *WARNING*

I would never, ever rent from these owners again. They dont fix property as needed, & seem to be allergic to giving deposits back. Sad!
