Called and spoke to a very nice gentleman about information to become a potential resident. He was very nice, provided me with the information I needed, and took my information for upcoming openings. I do hope that the property will have availability soon for my daughter and me to become residents there when we relocate to Johnson City :)

Requested info and was told no tours of property and none available.

HERES YOUR WARNING! I was originally attracted to this apartment complex because the neighborhood is beautiful, and the apartments have character. HOWEVER, I moved out as soon as my lease was up because management is absolutely non-existent, and when it is finally available, the manager responds back via text as if youre bothering her. Short responses with attitude, even for a simple request to get a copy of the lease or bill statement. The parent company Silver Creek Development LLC should without-a-doubt replace the property manager. Her name is Heather, and she shows absolutely no professionalism. If your conversation doesnt have to do with money, youre sure to be ignored. So if youre an individual who cares about the quality of management at your residence, Id exclude this place from your list of prospective places to live. She made everything an uphill battle - even for the smallest requests. Youve been warned!

Family of 2 now, we have lived at Silver Creek Apts. for 6 yrs. It's a very quite area - nice size apartments. With water and trash pickup twice a week provided. Maintenance comes quickly once they receive a work order from the office manager. Reasonably priced and a plus - will offer a garage for your vehicle or storage when available. As people move out they are upgrading the flooring to laminate with the exception of the bedrooms. We hope to be offered an upgraded soon. My husband and I are both seniors and would like to make this our last move.
