Amazing location. Quiet and scenic while convenient to shopping, medical and financial needs. Very attentive management and maintenance. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and we'll cared for. Living space is higher end with exceptional amounts of closet space and storage. We have been here over a year and are glad we choose The Haven.

Mixed community of (generally) respectful people. Comcast/ Xfinity Internet works great. Fixed lighting in the bedrooms. Crown molding in common areas. Pantry + Utility closet + Laundry area with door. Car washing area is handy! Good electronic resident portal. I do dislike having only 1 dumpster and how the single entrance is not well lit at night. The reason to live here are the amazing Tera, Angie and the rest of the Haven crew. Professional, timely, and kind (not ever condescending or judgmental).
