I enjoy living at Northridge Apartments because they always take care of their residents. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help. The maintenance staff is always prompt and thorough whenever something needs to be fixed. It has a family atmosphere rather than an apartment complex.

My neighbor lives under me always playing loud music and have not consideration for me. I have to leave my apartments stay gone for long periods of time!!!
Northridge is in a great area, and my apartment is decent and affordable. However, the customer service is terrible. The office staff are rarely in the office and practically never answer the phone. Maintenance requests aren't completed for weeks. Overall, I like my apartment, but I really dislike management.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
