Our spaciously designed garden-style apartments and townhomes offer faux-wood plank flooring, spacious closets, and washers and dryers. Private balconies and patios are available, as well as pool and courtyard views. We have a 24-hour Harborfit fitness center, two large sparkling outdoor swimming pools with expansive sundecks, outdoor grilling and entertaining area, and other great amenities. Pet Policy - We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. Pet Limit: 3 Pet Fee: $350 Pet Deposit: $0 Pet Rent: $25 Max Weight: No Limit.
The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

I haven't been here long but my experience with the Arbours has been excellent! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team quickly resolves my concerns. The grounds are always clean and well landscaped. The community is quiet, conveniently located, and has several nice amenities. I am glad I chose to lease here.
Living here at The Arnbours for the past four years has provided the best experience of any rental facility I have ever had. From the professional and helpful office staff to the superb maintenance team it has been excellent.
Bob was in and had the issue resolved in minutes. If only everyone could share the experiences I've had at the Arbours, they would all want to live here. Aaron G.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
