Been here 3 years and had a few problems and was late on rent for 13 days and they send you to a attorney. the office will not speak to you and I spent a week calling the attorney who would not answer and would not return my calls. When I finally did speak to the attorney they gave me the option of paying two months rent and canceling my lease or pay my lease with a late fee which is understandable and then several hundred dollars in attorney in processing fees. Just goes to show you how much they actually care for their tenants. Other things to know about living at Williamsburg Apartments. When you first move in they will literally send you a notice and enter your apartment once a month for some type of inspection. There is never any parking any parking. lots of grass areas that you can pull up but then they threatened to tow your vehicle. My wife would come in from working late second shift and get in at 2 in the morning and they would expect her to walk all the way across that complex because they could not provide reasonable parking for all of their tenants Noise complaints go completely unnoticed!
Maintenance is terrible with coming to fix things that are broken , the AC is trash, the outlets short out. And rent is pretty high for the over all quality of the apartment
The grounds are well-maintained and neighbors are friendly, even polite.
No you wouldn't because while the rental and maintenace personnel were good the quality of the newly revised apartments appeared to be build by an elementary school project. Poor craftmanship for the price of the monthly rent.
Williamsburg Apartments are great for those looking for affordable apartments within a reasonable driving distance to Nashville. The community amenities are convenient and well maintained. The management staff are very welcoming and have always coordinated in a timely manner with the maintenance staff to address any issues. The apartments have the standard amenities and are well maintained. I would definitely recommend Williamsburg Apartments to those looking to stay on a budget while starting a career in the greater Nashville area.
