If you are considering Glenbrook Apartments as a place to stay then please do yourself a favor and reconsider. Your experience will begin with a long walk to your apartment because there isn't enough parking for you and your family. Now you can pay $10 for a covered spot but those are even further, but at least you are dry for the 3 seconds you are under the covering. If your friends are going to visit it would be better for them to take an Uber. Why? They aren't allowed to park inside the gate. Nothing better than your friends with a car seat walking the green mile to come see you. One cool feature was the atmospheric music they play in your unit. Oh wait, that was actually just the people who lived under us playing their music. The walls are that thin. If you enjoy living in places that charge you $25 to put a Christmas decoration outside your door then Glenbrook may be your future home.
Here's the best part of staying in Glenbrook. When you find out they won't allow you to renew your lease because you had a baby. We were in a two bedroom apartment with our 9 and 8 year old daughters. We had a baby 10 months into our lease. When we tried to renew our lease we were informed we were not allowed to stay in our two bedroom unit because the maintenance people noticed we had a crib in our room. Not only did they not inform us they would not let us renew (I am guessing they had no intention) they were also taking inventory of furniture during their "maintenance" checks. Let me add that they actually sent us a form offering a free carpet cleaning if we renewed. Very organized place. Maybe their maintenance guys can come look through my closet and help us organize as we move. I mean I guess I understand why we can't stay. A baby between the ages of 3 months - 15 months can really wreak havoc on an apartment complex. I will add they offered us a spacious three bedroom apartment for the low price of $1600.
This place is awful.
I Love to live here cause it is close to were I work .
I would not recommend these apartment settings to anyone. The new owners are very rude and they give little notes to everyone over the tiniest things like how you decorate your balcony or what you have in your window. They raise the rent majorly after the first lease is complete. The best thing is the maintenance man. He is right on getting things taken care of but front office is the worst.
Love it. Beautiful pool, great workout room 24 hours and great grounds and I will enjoy the trails and the area so it's so close to were I'm always at, the glenbrook area. And the apartment it's self is wonderful I would love to live here for life. And great views
