I have gone from an extremely unhappy tenant to a very happy tenant. A lot of this is due to the fact that our previous Landlord is no longer at this complex. She was rude , condescending and had no respect for the tenants needs at our community. respect for the tenants needs at our community. I have gone from an extremely unhappy tenant to a much happier tenant The main reason is the previous Landlord is no longer at this property. She was rude , condescending and could care less about the tenants here. The main pool was seldom open for one reason or another and the 2nd pool hasn't been open in 2 years. There is a Poolside Fire pit and a nice outside grill for community gatherings. There is a doggy park as well. There are 2 fitness rooms , small , but have all you need for a good workout. The Tennis court is no longer in use. It has been chained. However , with great surprise , our new acting Landlord is taking a great interest in making the space into something more fitting for all residents. No one ever played tennis there anyway. She is young and takes great pride in serving her Community. The only thing I would say I wish they could fix the windows. It is going to be an extremely harsh winter and it is so cold in my Apartment. With the cost of Electricity on the rise this could be really hard on a lot of tenants. Especially the elderly and those with young children.

I have never seen such a false advertising in my life. There are no longer any of the beautiful shaded areas at the main pool. There is only 1 umbrella now. As far as I know you are only allowed to pay your rent through the portal. It's gotten so bad they told me if I am late on my rent I have 3 days to vacate. Never get on their bad side. I have a black spot in my kitchen pantry that's been there since I moved in. I tried to clean it with Clorox water mix. Did nothing. Smells really bad. I turned in a ticket the MANAGEMENT sent 2 men to look at 1 spot and they pretty much called me a liar. Asking do I keep my garbage can in the closer. HELLO!!!!! I told you it's been here since I moved in. Then he says he'll have to ask MANAGMENT if they can paint a spot. LOL. This place is a joke. They'll put new toilets and faucets in all the apartments but my friend still has an old refrigerator and carpet older than I am. DON'T RENT HERE. If you do make sure you see the apartment your going to move into or you'll regret it. Many have.

Things have gotten much better. Although , now they are trying to charge the current tenants xtra garbage pick up fees. This is ONLY because people moving out put their furniture in the dumpster. We all should not have to pay for others disrespect. I took some photos of our dumpster area this morning and they prove my point. This is also a breech of contractual agreement.
