This place is horrible.!!! Going on my second year here and we have been through nemerous management. The management here now has no idea what they are doing. Water bills escalate through the roof and they can not explain it. My water from Jan-Sep was the highest 48$ now its over 100 and they do not have a reason except you have to pay it, if enough ppl complain maybe they will do something about it. Exact words of the new girl at the front desk as there is always someone new there. In the little over a yr I have been here we have had water outages 3 times, going 4 days without water and could not tell you why. The property manager lies to your face and acts as if youre stupid. Trust me do not consider this place to move. Brown recluse everywhere, ppl pile their trash in the breeze ways. They may have good rates but you get what you pay for and this is the true meaning of that.!!! Pay an extra money to live in a place where they care for their tenants.

We have had several water outages, and the office does not let us know what is going on nor do they compensate us for going days without water. They purposely dont answer the phone and lock the office doors any time there is an issue. We were overcharged for a water leak and were promised our accounts would be credited, but they never were. Any time I call, I never receive an answer. Poor management

This place is horrible. Always high and unexplained water, sewage and trash bills. Water seems to be always cut off for long periods of time with no warning. Management is a disaster and doesn't seem to have a clue about what is going on or why things are in disarray. Spiders and roaches all over the place. Will not be renewing lease here.

You will deal with wood spiders and brown recluse. They live rent free and you will supply them with blood. Your water bill will increase every month. Mine started out at $50 first month. Im 6mths in now and my water bill is $150 for a 2bedroom unit with 1 occupant. The only good thing is maintenance does make repairs at a good turn around rate. However, I had to purchase cameras for my unit. You would be surprised at what you see on video and audio. If you dont care where you live, then this is the right place for you. Renters beware. Good luck to you all. Will definitely be reading your posts here real soon. Ill leave you with I told you so

Office staff has changed numerous times and the management here now really has no clue what she doing or she just blatantly lies to your face and think that you not smart enough to look into what she say yourself. Lived at these apartments going on 3 years, but I will not be renewing after this incident. Have been a very good tenant, no issues on my end at all and the office can't say differently. Was informed that because my boyfriend comes to my apt just about everyday but does not spend the night that he needs to be listed as an occupant. I don't think so!!! I go to his condo just about everyday and I don't have to be listed as an occupant. We're not showering and residing at each other residence, so, why. I said he may stay the night once or twice a week. Then management try to say your lease says you are in violation if he stays more than 2 nights consecutively or 7 days total in a month so you violated. I go home look at my lease and it clearly says that someone can not stay more than 7 days consecutive nor more than 14 days a month. So, I walk back to the office to show my lease and the manager won't even come out her office to address me. How, dumb you look when I can now stand in your face and say well he can stay 2 nights consecutive a week if he want too and I not be in violation. Heck he could stay 2 nights one week, 3 the next if I wanted him too. I could be smart and now have him stay at least 14 nights a month if I wanted and I wouldn't be in violation. So, she stood and lied to my face by pretending to read my lease when I was previously in the office. She then call herself sending me a warning letter or something stating I'm in violation of my lease. No honey, you need to learn your job and make sure you have proof that someone is violating before you make assumptions. And you trying to say that because my boyfriend said "I'm here all the time" means he lives here, no that means exactly what he said. Just because someone says "I'm here all the time"
