William is one of the most attentive and caring Office Staff I have ever in countered with, hes always give me great feed back on any concerns and questions I have, and the Property is always well kept..! My wife and I moved into these apartments about a little over a month ago. We have loved every minute at Preston Run. The apartments themselves are spacious and luxurious. Just look at the pictures they provide! No special lighting or trick angles like some complexes use, which is what we thought at first. Once we took a tour, we were convinced that these apartments were the right ones for us. Wil did an excellent job giving the tour. The property grounds are regularly maintained and a beautiful. Parking has never been an issue, which is rare in most apartments. Even with hundreds of people living within the gated property, there are always spots open no matter what time of day. Its nice to come home and be able to park right outside your apartment. The onsite gym has most anything you could need to get a complete, heavy workout. The fenced dog park has so much space for our dogs to run around; they certainly dont have any complaints. These are all things you can see in a tour. The thing that stands out to me the most is just how great the staff treats people. Once you live here, youll see it every day. Both Wil and Sylvie have been nothing but genuinely friendly and professional. We are always greeted with a smile by them whether were in the club house office or out walking our dogs. They have treated us kindly from the first tour and continue to do so to this day. The response time and turnaround to repair any issue is quick. Its great to know that good help is just a call or email away. We especially like the fact that they both live at Preston Run. That says something about how special this place is. It also shows how and why they are so passionate about keeping the place running smoothly, because this in their home, too. I cant say enough good things about this place. I hope this review offers a glimpse of what we get to experience every day at our amazing new place. We love it here!

We highly recommend Preston Run. The apartments are spacious, it is a gated residence, the pool/ grill area is beautiful. The staff is truly awesome and if you have any issues they're on it. The location is close to Nashville.

Preston Run is definitely. Place I am glad to call home! This is definitely a 5-star complex with caring office staff (whom I love to visit and have a laugh with!) and a responsive maintenance team that addresses all of my needs. The complex is clean, gated, and has a beautiful entrance. While I dont take advantage of the fitness center as often as I should, its top notch and has everything you need for a full workout. The complex is also very pet friendly. The entire team knows both me and my dog by name...and even gives my dog treats when I visit the office. The tenants are quality people - I love their friendliness and neighborhood feel. Ive become good friends with many of them. You wont regret living here!

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and a half. When we told the apartments that we were moving from Gallatin to be closer to Nashville because we go to the VA hospital for appointments so often, they told us about their military discount! We love the privacy of this place but also the feeling of a community that cares. The Management team are some of the most friendly, caring, and nonjudgmental people you will meet. Wil, Dana, and Sylvie go out of their way to make you as a resident feel safe and happy at your home. The maintenance team are knowledgeable and never rude. I believe several staff live here as well, and I think that speaks highly of the place. The price is a little high, but once you tour the place, you will really see why. From the pool area with covered seating and a grill, to the tall ceilings with crown molding. Its more beautiful in person. So much thought and effort is put into this place by the people who work here. The gate is always working and you can get a remote control sensor. We plan on staying here until we move up north for cooler weather, which will still be several years from now.
