I just moved in about 4 days ago and it was the easiest process ever they had everything in the apartment ready great staff I want to give a shout out to amanda commer and lucrezia bailey for working so hard to get me in one of there beautiful and spacious apartment I'm glad to be able to call this my home I would recommend these apartments to the entire world couldnt have found a better place to me they are the best in goodlettsville location is great its close to everything from grocery store to gym or walmart or if u want to go out and eat and have a great time again thank u all for having me and working so hard for me thank u all for all u do im looking forward for my furture here

The area is beautiful! Nice peaceful neighborhood. In walking distance to several merchants, fast food restaurants and others. The office staff is friendly and reliable. Excellent and prompt maintenance staff. We really love living here.

This apartment complex sucks. When we moved in there was alot of things wrong. The air and heat didn't work. (Air still doesn't work)No matter how many times we tell the office or fill out reports nothing gets fixed. (Heat only got fix because we had mother call) Hole in the wall and you can visibly see patches from other holes. Dirty when we moved in. People in the office suck at being nice and are known not to be there half the time on Saturday. I would strongly recommend not living here.
