    Me and my girlfriend have placed here for almost our full term now, and its been nothing but problems. They lied about our freezer and neglected to get us a new one for 5 months, resulting in a loss of hundreds of dollars of food. They neglect lease agreements, causing in disgusting conditions on our porch from neighbors. They allow the neighbors to leave dog food, cigarette butts, and trash on porch and do NOTHING about it. They just do not care. Do NOT live here because you WILL have problems. Spend the extra $40 a week to live in a place where the manager cares. Not one where they are just getting a paycheck.

    I have reached out one too many times to count regarding a response to a refundable $200 deposit that should have been refunded in September 2021. I have documented everything and we were fully aware of the 72 hour policy and promptly contacted Sienna (leasing agent) when we decided against signing a lease at Wellington Farms. She stated we would be given the money back at the end of the month (September 2021) and I have not received the money 5 months later. We were pre-approved and almost signed the lease until we realized it would not accommodate our asthma (even after being told it was non smoking--reaked of smoke). Overall so glad we did not sign a lease here. Really disappointed in lack of management and communication at this complex.

    I want to thank the management team and office team for everything they did to assist me during a problem I was having in my building. They resolved the issue as quickly as they could. This team has shown grace, and preservation of dignity to me as a resident. Made me feel that my situation was important and took it seriously. Great group of people who care about your comfort and safety in your home. Thank you.

    Been here for 6 years and loved it till recently. Management quality has taken a nose dive. They dont seem to care at all. Huge garbage problem. Dogs deficate everywhere and bark from the balconies all the time but management will do nothing.

    I truly think the property is in a great location and offers wonderful amenities; however, the application process becomes more complicated than it should be as bank statements are not allowed as proof of income.
