Wellington Farms

Me and my girlfriend have placed here for almost our full term now, and its been nothing but problems. They lied about our freezer and neglected to get us a new one for 5 months, resulting in a loss of hundreds of dollars of food. They neglect lease agreements, causing in disgusting conditions on our porch from neighbors. They allow the neighbors to leave dog food, cigarette butts, and trash on porch and do NOTHING about it. They just do not care. Do NOT live here because you WILL have problems. Spend the extra $40 a week to live in a place where the manager cares. Not one where they are just getting a paycheck.

I have reached out one too many times to count regarding a response to a refundable $200 deposit that should have been refunded in September 2021. I have documented everything and we were fully aware of the 72 hour policy and promptly contacted Sienna (leasing agent) when we decided against signing a lease at Wellington Farms. She stated we would be given the money back at the end of the month (September 2021) and I have not received the money 5 months later. We were pre-approved and almost signed the lease until we realized it would not accommodate our asthma (even after being told it was non smoking--reaked of smoke). Overall so glad we did not sign a lease here. Really disappointed in lack of management and communication at this complex.

I want to thank the management team and office team for everything they did to assist me during a problem I was having in my building. They resolved the issue as quickly as they could. This team has shown grace, and preservation of dignity to me as a resident. Made me feel that my situation was important and took it seriously. Great group of people who care about your comfort and safety in your home. Thank you.

Been here for 6 years and loved it till recently. Management quality has taken a nose dive. They dont seem to care at all. Huge garbage problem. Dogs deficate everywhere and bark from the balconies all the time but management will do nothing.

I truly think the property is in a great location and offers wonderful amenities; however, the application process becomes more complicated than it should be as bank statements are not allowed as proof of income.

A friend lives here and I love her 1bdrm. Such a cute place

Sonny is a great asset to Wellington Farms. He easily diagnosed the issue with the air conditioning system and repairs were quickly done. Great job!

Sunny was amazing and very informative and explained what was the issue with our ac truly appreciate how quickly he resolved the issue for us very kind and professional! :) a million stars!

The absolute best apartment tour I’ve ever been on. Deborah did an amazing job at making us feel like this could be our home. She didn’t speak to us as if she was a sales person but instead like she really wanted to help us find a place we love. She showed us multiple units, took us on a tour of the ground, and talked us through everything. The property looks amazing and units were very spacious and nice.

Had to have a washing machine repair and Sunny one of our maintenance men had to take it apart and put spacers in it because it was always running out of balance did a wonderful job in a short time. Great job Sunny!!!

family that put up deposit never got their apartment. they couldn't evict the people that were in it and they wouldn't refund their deposit and application fee. this was someone who has trouble with mobility and had to be on the ground floor.

I don’t ever, and I mean EVER, leave reviews anywhere. But man this place is NOT a place you want to live at. The management DOES NOT care about lease rules, they DO NOT care if your appliances do not work. We’ve been trying to get a new freezer for 5 months have have put in 5 separate requests for it. And they keep dodging and avoiding us. If you have bugs and ants in your apartment, they’ll tell you they will spray for bugs and then not show up for a month and a half. They will allow tenants to trash your porch and break all kinds of lease rules with no repercussions. We are now patiently waiting for our lease to end so we can find somewhere better to live. Because the neglect here is real.

we lived there for 2 years the first was great and the staff was excellent. then we ended up moving to a third floor our second year and staff changed and maintenance people all changed. at first the move went great they helped us get where we needed to be but then we ended up with the world's worst neighbors. problem after problem with maintenance and nothing getting fixed. I recommend them if you want overpriced water bills, garbage pilling out entrance, swimming pool that is nasty and dog poop everywhere cuz no one picks up there dogs crap. pay the extra and move somewhere else trust me.
