Great management great service great maintenance team good groundskeeping a few too many dogs in my opinion and pets they allow two pets per apartment it's not all that bad everything else is wonderful the management team is exceptionally good and I would recommend Avondale at Kennesaw Farms to anyone that wants a very nice a dress and a beautiful place to live!

Just moved out. Never will refer anyone to live here. Assistant Manager said be owed one thing when moving out now says we owe a whole extra month. Said we owe 100 and something dollars for pet urine. My dogs don't pee inside and there is no proof my dogs done that. Trying to get us to pay fees for not fulfilling our 60 days notice which is a lie. We tried to pay them and she refused our check. This is after months of being harassed by our neighbor and the managements resolution was to move us apartments up our rent charge new deposit and pet fees and restart our lease, few months later we turned in our notice(on time). We have tried our best to do what we were told was our responsibility but since they messed up they want to make us look like we done something wrong. Worst apartment complex I have EVER lived in and I have lived in many.

Been beyond disappointed. The ABSOLUTE WORST place I've ever lived!!! I wouldn't recommend this ghetto to a dog to live in. Completely inadequate maintenance staff. They enter your apartment unannounced. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

I am really sure how to rate this. Everything here is great except there is constantly poop in the pool. When residents ask for it to be taken care of immediately for health concerns, we feel shrugged off. We were just told that it would be Monday before it could be taken care of. It's Saturday. We were really looking forward to swimming this summer. But this is just nasty and no one seems to care.
