What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Franklin

Close to business so not too much to travel is something I like. I also like that is near a good school that provides good education.

I like the feeling of community. I love the community pool. I love the kids in the neighborhood. Families are always playing and exercising in the neighborhood.

Whole Foods is near by. I live near family neighborhoods. LA fitness is 7 mins away. Starbucks, and raw addiction. The mall is 5 mins way.

I like that these are single family homes with decent spacing between houses. Almost every house had a pool.

Not close together like having space to grow food and have animals. Don't like having people on top of me. I like going to shop at near by towns for myself. Like having a small grocery store for small items

I love how close we are to the park. The walk from my building there is also a beautiful one. The entrance way to our community is lined with trees. I always feel so lucky when I drive in. We also have a valet trash service. I have always hated taking out the trash and this is so convenient!!!
