While looking for an apartment, we were greeted by the wonderful property manager, Michelle. Michelle was absolutely wonderful, for she knew all about the property, and showed us the apartment that was perfect for us. Everything was new and just perfect. The shade from the trees made for a cool breeze flowing through the breezeway, the grounds looked amazing, pretty flowers, and the pool looked so inviting. The current residents came up to us and welcomed us, they were so inviting as well, with nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this pet friendly, and just wonderful all around, apartments. Thanks Michelle for all of your help, youre the best!!!

The facilities are good. Evaluate the possibility of giving natural light to the kitchen.

Very safe and conveniently located walking distance from Kroger as well as downtown Franklin. We managed to sign our lease while there was a discount, so our rent is $1200 for a two bedroom including water utilities. Pricey compared to other parts of the middle TN region, but it's definitely cheaper than most Franklin/Brentwood rentals and apartments. Overall, we are very pleased with the staff as well as the property maintenance.
