I've lived at Mandolin for about 2 years now. During this time, facilities and grounds have always been well kept, albeit there have been some corners cut from the original builder. I've also experienced a management change at the property, which was a first for me. While seamless at first, it did get a little rocky. Thoughts and feelings were expressed and the staff have truly stepped up to the plate and really worked to rebuild our relationship during the somewhat frustrating process. Kate, Elizabeth, Kalisha and Kain genuinely care about how their residents feel about the community and hold their best interests at heart...It shows in every call and email. Thank you guys for all you do to make this the best place to be in Franklin!

I have had the greatest experience living at the Mandolin, from the amenities, to the floor plans, incredible staff, neighbors, community events, safe and clean location, to the beautiful surroundings and landscape – I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone!

From the moment we moved in to the Mandolin we felt like a part of the community. The staff and our neighbors have been wonderful from the get go. The Mandolin offers modern apartments and amenities. Our dog has also been treated like a queen and has loved meeting other 4 legged friends while we’re out and about. The Mandolin is convenient to I65 and 840. You’re far enough from the hustle and bustle of Nashville but close enough to enjoy it all as well!

Recently moved here at the beginning of January and so far, we love it. Nice apartments, clean place and nice amenities and they host fun activities each month.

Living at the Mandolin has been the BEST! We love our community, our neighbors, our leasing staff, and amenities. It is the perfect place for us, and I am so glad we moved here when we relocated to Tennessee. Plus, the free Chick Fil A breakfasts are a HUGE perk! ;)

We’ve been here a little over a week (upon escaping the hellhole of living in NYC) and we love Mandolin! - There were a few minor issues at the jump but the issues were rectified and obliterated - It’s a new property and we had problems with people getting back to us upon signing our lease - Someone contacted us however, and apologized before making it all better - We really enjoy the newness of the property and every single person that we’ve spoken to who works here is super friendly.

The team at Mandolin has been so helpful and I love the events they are doing!
