    This place is not kept up, You walk into an elevator and its trashed all the time, walls are stained and can easily be cleaned, carpet is gross, piles of dog crap and trash everywhere. This place has gone downhill since we moved in.

    Steer clear of any Camden owned property. While the exterior and lobby areas may look nice, they are merely a faade - you will find this to be true soon after signing your lease. Unbeknownst to you Camden will add charges to your bill these charges will be small but will add up over time. Camden will not stand behind their statements promises and assurances will be made, but rarely kept. Reaching out to their corporate office is futile as your concerns will only be met with shrugs and arrogance. Communication from the office staff will be short lived and will only happen when residents complain on the community wall via the Camden App. Issues with security are a common theme, as the garage doors do not close every time and are open all night, letting anyone enter the property. Camden at Franklin Park prides themselves in saying they are luxury apartments this could not be further from the truth. They will charge top dollar for rent but deliver a sub-par dwelling. Dont waste your time and money, rent somewhere else.
