Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff ... appreciated the monthly incentive when we signed the lease ... maintenance people have done a great job and have been very efficient. Love the location and feel very safe here.
My experience has been very positive at Bell Franklin Gateway. The property is well managed; my neighbors friendly and considerate; and the complex is pet friendly. Any small maintenance requests are dealt with quickly as the management and staff are friendly and accommodating. I also love that I can walk to restaurants and have a market close by.
The entire staff is amazing. They made my move in so easy and stress free. Maintenance always responds within 24 hours. Everyone is super friendly. You can't beat the location.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
