Friendly and efficient staff. This is a great location for the price. Safe place to live Franklin, very close to Pharmacies, restaurants and shopping complex.
I am living in Ashton Brooks since April 2018 and had good experience before Related took over the community. Following are the problems we are facing: 1) The staff is very rude and they dont want to listen to your problems 2) Increasing the rent significantly 3) Kitchen appliance are not in good shape, if you ask for maintenance request then they come and do nothing 4) My refrigerator had issue and its start making wired noise in mid night. Maintenance guy came in saying refrigerator do not have any problems 5) Cook top, the coils are on & off and do not control the heat sometimes it goes up and down. Maintenance guy said that its not an issue until he sees it from his eyes :) Overall experience is not good, the new staff do not wish to help or even bother to listen to you. You need to take appointment before visiting the leasing office, also Asst. Manager & Manager do not work on Saturday. Manager is not reachable at all...........
After living at Ashton Brook for almost 2 years, always paying rent on time and never causing any issues for our neighbors Ashton Brook decides they can't even be the slightest bit generous. After dealing with a bug infested kitchen and bathroom you would think we would have had enough. Well, we stuck through it, and they eventually took care of the issue after several visits. We also decided to ignore the fact that several of our neighbors park wherever they want (not in parking spots or even in the no parking zones, and staying there all day long) this causes issues in parking, and this issue is still happening. Even with days without lighting in the public areas causing you to bring a flashlight to walk around outside if it's dark. We STILL decided to give Ashton Brook a chance. Then, when my husband and I found out we were expecting our first child we knew it was time to get out of this complex. We were going to go until our lease ended in January, but with an expected due date of early February, my Dr. advised that I shouldn't be walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs, and stressing about moving during my third trimester. My husband, and I put in our 60 day notice, and let the manager know that we are medically advised not to live here anymore. They still want to charge us the 3rd month's rent. To reiterate, I'm being advised that I need to move a mere month a half before our lease is up, and they can't help us out at all. Our lease would be ending right as the baby is due. Ashton Brook is here to make money, not fans. If you want to live in a complex that actually treats you like a human, and not another lease then don't move here. You're just a number at Ashton Brook.
Thanks Timika for making our move our BEST move. I have never had an experience like this. From the beginning until the end, Timika was right there. Even took the time to schedule our movers and Mr. Tremaine was great! Had our things in the apartment in less than an hour. Keep up the great work Ashton Brook
The management was awful when I first moved in, then when the new people came it got better around the first of the year. Now its back to being awful again. The maintenance is horrible. Always rude when they do come, most of the time they say they fixed the problem but didnt. It takes weeks to get them to come. Dont rent from them. They keep changing the online payment process, its always down. They make you pay almost $150 each month for water/sewer/hoa/common area electric and trash. $45 for trash that we take to the dumpster ourself. The gate is always broken. People leave all kinds of stuff in the breezeway and on the patio. It looks trashy. The new management did fix the exercise equipment so thats nice but thats about it.
