$150 admin fee is NOT refundable even if denied!! I understand the $55 application fee is not. No other complexes in Tn keeps your admin fee after denial. Most places deny for owing a complex or active bankruptcy not Charleston they will deny you for anything: a cell phone bill, medical bill, repo ANYTHING! If you have $200 to throw away so they can just open an app and see a decision go ahead. Its wrong plain and simple. Pure corporate greed. Ps. Check out all the new sudden 5 star reviews. Very strange use your good sense.

What tour? What contact? No one reached out to me. I am going somewhere else. If they cant respond to an email, who knows how long it will take if I really needed something as a resident. No thanks!

Went downhill pretty soon. The 2 stars are for the decent sized apartments in comparison to the rent in the area. The maintenance staff is good and helpful. But the construction is poor, you can hear your neighbors walking too. The gardens are basically swamps, the drainage is really poor and so after every rain the water is there for weeks. Also, most residents do not pick up after their dogs so it is dog poop with water everywhere. If you have kids avoid this place because you do not want your kids to play in such grounds. If you have pets avoid, because your pet will pick up disease from dog poop everywhere.

Managers are awful, unprofessional, and rude. One day I had to wait one hour to resolve a problem with my bill because two managers, Ashley and Rachel, were gossiping about a resident to another resident in the lobby.. I could hear the whole conversation. Every month there was a problem with my bill, they couldn't get it right. They didn't return my deposit even though I left my apartment immaculate. They were trying to charge me for the carpet that look brand new when I left.. Money hungry!!!! I could never find a parking spot and there was dog poop right in front of my apartment all the time. People from outside were constantly partied at the pool, twirking, and doing things that not acceptable since it is supposed to be a family environment. Rent keep going up all the time..

I just moved in last month. The office staff is wonderful. The unit itself is amazing. The only negative thing I have witnessed is, the cabinets are higher than usual. If your 5'3 or shorter, you will need a step stool. Overall, a great place to live.

Nice apartments, quiet and a lot of police live here so its safe, which I like, just no parking and I wish they come fix my carpet . Other than that. Its nice here
