What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Columbia

It's quiet and peaceful and lots of trees nobody bothers us the dogs have room to run there isn't any noise or people

It is a quiet neighborhood. Where everyone knows your name and we have community yard sales and activities. I feel safe to walk the dogs and even sunbathe in the backyard.

It's close to restaurants and stores. It's in middle of everything but still in a quiet setting. People, kids, and great community

We have a park that is close and we live close to Mt Pleasant and Columbia. I like to go to Columbia and shop at Hobby Lobby, Krogers, Belks, Walmart and some of the stores there.

I like that most of the people on my block are friendly and we kind of lookout for one another. The kids are friends considering they grew up together

I like my neighborhood because we are all acquainted and or friends for many years. We all look out for each other. We are very near the hospital and several fast food restaurants. All walking distance.
